What do you mean. lolIts my pohoto and neagtive.
Doesn't mean you can sell a print of it, though. Look out, or you might live to regret it, if the creator of the art is persistent about protecting their rights....... I think it's a cool picture, by the way.

Interesting take on this. So it is not acceptable to photograph a sculpture and then sell the photo?

This is the artwork of Albert Szukalski and is part of Goldwell Open Air Museum located at Rhyolite, NV and protected by copyright. Has been there for years. Please see Goldwellmuseum.org and www.rhyolitesite.com/statues.html
I doubt any copyright protection on the statue forbids the taking and posting of photographs. Selling the print may be a different story, but probably nothing wrong with what the OP did here. Anyway, superb picture, although I am sure the original artwork is also superb.

I think the confusion was that I and others didn't realize this was a statue, I thought it was a model and setup by ONE PHOTOGRAPHER, but it's not, it's a statue so many people have taken pictures of it, that's where the confusion may be. I'm fine now, I get it, it's cool and I'm glad it's an original image

Shawn, as this is a picture of someone else's artwork I thought it appropriate that the artist be identified and because it was offered for sale, which the first two comments backup, I thought it reasonable and prudent that copyright be noted. The following is from the Goldwell site shown above. "ATTENTION PHOTOGRAPHERS AND FILMMAKERS: The Goldwell Open Air Museum is private property and its artworks on display are protected by copyright. Non-commercial photography for personal use is permitted at any time. Commercial photography, film and video recording requires permission from the property owners. Download our Permission to Publish Form (in PDF) or call (702) 870-9946 for more information." I'm sure the volunteers that run this art space would appreciate the cooperation of the general public.
