I had been shooting the dawn using Velvia, but the light changed and so I reached for the Acros since it just seemed to become quite serene and my B+W alarm sounded!
Not having been to Coniston before, I struggled to find a viewpoint, but the Brown Howe car park on the South-West side proved the most fruitful. Wellies are a must!
On the film front, I had used some FP4 in pre-dawn light, but at this stage I had a hunch that the Acros would be best. Certainly on the lightbox, despite the cost, the Acros shots have more impact.
 
Your sense of composition is truely awe inspiring. DO you ever blow a shot?
 
Yes, The composition is flawless, this image has all my favorite ingredients (fog, water, tree, rock, reflection) its got it all. Very nice.
