Quite strange and as such, it catches the viewer's attention.
 
I am sorry I asked. I did not mean to ruin the magic. But for me, knowing the subject does not diminish it and I still really like the effect. Not knowing the technique preserves much of the mystery.

I get your meaning. That's why I kept it "untitled" for now. I usually just name an image for what it is, but that does influence the viewer. But coming up with some mysterious name can be pretty cheesy. Hmmm....

Well, just visually it is a really lovely and interesting image. The way it is seen and rendered, the light, shadows texture, well done.
