I photographed these little guys in Washington last week. They've been through quite an adjustment in the past year, since they lost their father. They were such wonderful boys, though. Lucky for them, they have a an amazing mother.
LOL! OK, I'll visit Nicole in Australia, and then Morten, you and I can alternate years -- I'll go to Denmark one year, then you come to the US the next. See what a problem solver I am?
Tom, I use both 35mm and MF as the situation allows. I'd love to shoot everything on MF, but unfortunately my eyesight won't allow it. Had I insisted on using MF for this, the shot wouldn't exist at all -- the boys were moving very fast, and I would not have been able to focus. There's nothing more heartbreaking to me than getting "THE" shot and having it be out of focus.
This is really nice, I love the crop and the light. You have fun in your images and it shows. It hits a soft spot with me as I lost my baby brother a few years back. If I could give away all my art and not worry about money, I would be very content with that as it would make it that much more meaningful.
On the note of visiting, let me know if you are up in Aspen, I have some good perks up here.
