Happened upon a ray of light making it down through the canopy and illuminating this patch of black rocks at the base of the falls. I was especially drawn to this group of rocks as there were only a few small sections that were jet black like this.

Shawn, I don't know why but looking at this excellent image made me think of descending into Mordor!I love it.
