Stone: thanks. I did my share of wishing that I had chosen to be a digital photographer. One light body, one zoom lens, one memory card, one filter... It was a pretty grueling climb with over 30 pounds of gear. In a couple of places in that part of the trail they have actually drilled rebar into the rock to make climbing steps. But the view was worth it.

believe it or not, you end up wanting to take just as much with digital, as you want to bring every lens, those zooms (the good ones) aren't light...
