A Different Groups Opening Page

#1
Good morning;

Has anyone else noticed a change in the Groups opening page after you "click" on the Groups "button?"

To me, the text fonts are different, and the text is in colors now; blue and purple. Anyone else notice this, and know why it has happened?

Mine is black and blue -- blue of any text that is a link. Black for all other text. And the text is all black on my other computer (same type of machine, same program...firefox).

Vaughn

PS...not only that, but it chances back to all black text if I enter the group's page any other way.

Good morning;

Well, things are more different now. However, the normal "black and white" colors are back.

Even more different is the new Social Groups (why aren't we in with the other regional groups?) opening page, which has changed. While it had been a display of the Group Title and the Thumbnail Photograph (our trees for the PNWRG) for each group, now it is a text listing of the groups. I guess Sean really is home working on the APUG website.

Well, speaking of such things;

Sean has a message in the Feedback and Discussion Forum on the very topic of the Social Groups Section. And, in his second paragraph, it seems that we are the pioneers in the Regional Groups! We are the fore-runners, the very first. The other Regional Groups will be migrating into this area with us. (I hope this does not produce a migraine.)
