Contemplating an 80mm lens for a 203FE

Could anyone enlighten me as to any difference between the 80mmCFE 2.8 and the 80mmFE 2.8 lens with the 203FE system. The CFE is compatible with the 203FE, but are the optics any better?

The CFE lens has a Prontor Leaf shutter in the lens, the FE lens has no shutter at all requiring the use of a 200 series camera with a focal plain shutter. They are of identical optical design, so there should be no difference in image quality. Do you have a need for a leaf shutter?
