All are in nice, usable shape. I've listed any with rust on the hinge rivets, but that doesn't affect use at all, it's mainly cosmetic. If you're interested and want a photo of any specific carrier just reply with your email address and I'll send it over.

Not specifically, but you could buy a 35mm and have a machinist drill it out for you. I have tons of those in various makes. I'm sure you could find someone local, or have SK Grimes do it, I've heard in the past that they do that service. Another alternative may be a Carlwen carrier. I have a few with 35mm openings that are 15/16 x 2 7.8 in. You'd have to have the holder drilled out in the rear as the opening is smaller there, but it's hard plastic and not metal so that might be easier. If you want a picture of the Carlwen feel free to PM me.

Edit: I'm just not sure which ones will fit my 23C (i.e what is the difference between the "new" and "old" styles)

Old style carriers are older than the new style ones. Both fit the specified enlargers.
