Zorki 4: adjustment of the slow-speed mechanism

in this forum I found that there are some experts in Zorki repairing.
I have a question regarding the slow-speed mechanism of a Zorki 4 (1967).

I have uninstalled the complete slow-speed gear to clean it but unfortunately I had forgotten
to fix the clockwork. Now the spring mechanism is complete unwind.

Current I have installed the gear but with some mistakes:
1 and 1/2 sec seams to be o.k.
1/4 sec is the last position, were pin of the big rear gear beginns to wind up the slow speed mechanism (ssm)
1/8 sec and all faster shutter speed don't work with ssm
1/8 - 1/60 sec seams to be to short
1/125 - 1/1000 seams to be o.k.dietermann.a
"B" does't function (open and shut direct)

I think I have done some installation mistakes

Please can you explain me how to re-install the slow-speed mechanism step for step ?
What's the right postion of the shutter speed for installation (wind /unwind) ?
What's the right tension of the spiral spring (how many turns of the spring axis) ?

I see no one has replied. I can't offer much help either but I thought I would at least reply to the lonely post. I can tell you I was not successful at attempting a similar repair on a Zorki 4. I actually purchased 3 of them. One functions, one I was able too warm, work with, and apply just a tiny bit of break free oil to the mechanisms and it now works at all speeds except 1 second. The second curtain doesn't shut for some reason at the 1 second setting. The last one had issues. Initially the slow speeds did not work and the curtain ribbons dis-attached themselves nicely after I had it for a day. It was $30 and I got half back on a refund and kept it to learn. What I learned was I can't take apart the slow speed mechanism and expect it to function normally again..... Never could get it right. For now I'm limiting my excursions into Barnack repair to rangefinder and curtain spring adjustments. Unfortunately my recommendation is to send it off for repair. I have opted just to keep my $30 Zorkis as is and not fork over the money for repair yet. They are working good enough. For the cost of a good CLA on the Zorkis from a reputable repair person I got my first Barnack Leica, a IIIc, with a recent CLA already. I still use my Zorkis. My '61 has proven to be very reliable and I don't ever need 1 sec anyway.

If you are good at mechanical repair work, Rick Oleson's Tech Notes CD is worth it. I have it and it's great, but I'm so inept at repairs my cameras scream when they see me approaching with screwdrivers and pliers!

I have repaired the zorki with the help from the "Oleson-information".
Now it's working perfect.

The zorkis are wonderful cameras.
