Zorki 1 spool

I've done a few searches on this subject and haven't found too much. I recently got a Zorki 1 and the film spool keeps getting stuck in the camera. I pushed in those little tabs but it still is hard to grab out when I push it in. Does anyone have advice to solve this problem? Thanks!
 
Nope. I have the same problem. Ive always found it hard to pull the spool out of my Leica IIIc also. The spool in the M3 slides out like its been greased though.

Same trouble too with my Zorki 1.
 
Glad to know I'm not the only one, I guess I'll have to make a lasso using some thick wire
 
More likely cannibalism or botched maintenance all my Zorki and Fed I are ok.

The clutch needs to slip for film wind it is easy to bodge in a vice.
