My Zorki 1 have decided to not accept film , the film gate is so tight , even a hard plastic piece can not open it. Can I repair it ? I removed the lens , set bulb, open the shutter and played with my fingers to move the steel plate but not worked.
Tomorrow , I am going to repairman but I heard they are not good at work. I heard they put tons of oil wherever they than find. New fed is expensive and more I have no credit card to buy something online.
I have 13.5 cms Hektor and sportsfinder on the camera and portraits are ultra good, This is my 9th Leica lens and color portraits is full of meat , bone , skin and shadow and smoothness but high contrast. Just a Leitz lens. And skin tones are amazing , like you used dye transfer.
