Further to this thread, I'm considering buying EITHER the Fotodiox Pro Lens Mount Adapter to attach my Hasselblad Carl Zeiss lenses to my Nikon F5, or, the Zork Adapters.
There seems to be no discussion and in fact little mention of the Zork line of adapters online, but from what I have read (in Flickr type discussions where they are mentioned briefly) they seem to be the typical fine German quality we are used to, so I am considering buying one of those instead to sit behind my CZ lenses. They do a whole range of specialist equipment and, if you have the time to scan their PDF, (http://www.zoerk.com/Zoerk info/product_guide_current.pdf) you can see their range. However, the price difference is significant.
the Zork adapter Hasselblad V lenses with tripod socket for Nikon F mount is € 230 (Euros) and 280 Euros when VAT is added. The standard Fotodiox Pro Lens Mount Adapter is about £50 from Amazon by comparison, or about £130 with the equivalent tripod mount and title and shift stuff - still a clear £100 (give or take) less than the Zork one.
What I want to know is whether anyone here has a Zork adapter, or has used one, and whether they can speak to the difference between it and the Fotodiox one. I suspect it is a matter of build quality overall but wanted to ask for information from those who may have used them.
