Upgraded, re-enforced, and beefed-up.
Suitable for large format cameras up to 8x10”.
(Although I’ve routinely used it with my 8x20 Canham. No problems)
Includes the camera mounting plate.
46” high, 13 pounds total.

This is the "lightweight" Zone VI tripod. It’s great failing was a floppy/sloppy plywood yoke and undersize attachment knobs for the legs and pan head. I replaced the yoke with a machined 1/2" thick aluminum plate and added lever-arm adjustable 3/8" clamps to lock it rock solid.

The long, industrial heavy duty 3/8” lever-arm clamps deliver clamping forces that are unobtainable with simple hand knobs.
For the legs, the large 4-arm knobs ensure positive leg clamping, even with frozen fingers.
The pan head clamping arms have hand-friendly cushion grips.
No rude gouges, just the few badges of honorable service...

$250 + shipping (Likely to be $$ to ship, local pick-up is best)

BTW: that QR tripod plate is the 4x4" heavy duty Manfrotto #3297.
Those folks having long bellows cameras and heavy lenses wish these plates were still available.
It made my 8x20 Canham (before I sold it) much more stable.
