Hey all,
I will be participating in the ZONE Art Center 30th Reunion exhibition. The reception is next Saturday Sept 11th from 4:00 - 7:00 pm at the Canal Gallery, 380 Dwight St, Holyoke, MA. I will have three prints in the show. The exhibit is scheduled to run for two weeks.
ZONE was an artist-run non-profit art space located on Dwight St in Springfield, MA (we recognize the irony of the two street addresses), and was in existence from 1980 - 1995. I was a board member for the life of the organization.
After the exhibit's reception and starting at 8:00 pm is the music portion of the event with many of the local rock/punk bands that played at ZONE's All-Ages shows in the '80s. I don't know if my old ears will be able to take too much of that part of the event!
I know it's a little late announcing this but it's been a long strange summer.
