Zonal Pro Gamma Plus Film Developer Instructions

Can a kind soul share mix instructions from label or a scan. I mixed a batch (gallon) a year ago, and have not used it due to skin irritation, but will try rubber gloves this effort and wish to develop 35 and 120...?
I know I saved that label, but cannot find it, per usual for careless me.


I could guess and use my old FG7 recipe, but fear messing up last rolls.

"Adox" same as Alta? I have no labels...if the same, no problem...

Well, are they the same? I really do not want to "chance" developing film exposed in 30s, 40s 50s etc. Maybe stick with tried and true HC110?
