Been getting into pinholes lately.
I like the process and that it's not too scientific!

Fuji Acros 100 / 1 sec (approximately) / Lake Ontario (TBH this is a stitch of 2 photos)

Framing has been my biggest challenge to-date.

Thanks @macfred and @howardpan for framing, I ensure the tripod is level for each shot. Then vary the height of the tripod. It's not foolproof, but works for me!

The Zeroimage has nails that indicate field of view for each format, which I find helpful for knowing how much of the scene will be captured.
