Zenit 12S/12C battery?

I have a Zenit 12C with my Photosniper setup, and it's a hoot. I can't figure out, however, what battery the camera body takes. Butkus has a manual for the 12XP and that says it uses two 368 batteries, but the 12C clearly does not... anyone have any ideas? I've been using it with a handheld meter, so it's not really a big deal but if I can find a battery maybe the meter will work.

What's the diameter and depth of the battery compartment?

It looks like it takes a PX13/625 type battery. I stuck one in and the needle wiggles, so we'll see if it actually works.
