Hi all
Fell foul of the camera acquisition addiction syndrome the other day, and bid for an orphaned Contaflex IV in excellent cosmetic condition.
When I got it home, closer examination revealed that it had the sticky shutter disorder on the slower speed settings (not surprising since it hasn't been CLA'd since new, probably some 50+ years), but otherwise very good, including a working light meter (which agreed with that on my Asahi Pentax MX).
OK, so a quick trip to my local camera doctor, who agreed to attempt to fix the shutter.
Found a manual on the Web.
Now just waiting for the patient to come home from "hospital", and away we go!
