Zeiss Ikon Compur - help

Hi there everyone
I have recently inherited a Zeiss Ikon Compur with leather case and have no idea how much it may be worth. I see a variety for sale on eBay but I don't think that is a true reflection of what something may be worth - just what someone is selling it for.
I am struggling to identify how old it is or unique markers so am hoping you may be able to help. I have attached some photos. Apologies for the shoddy pictures - I am no photographer as I'm sure you can tell!

Thank you for responding and I have just discovered that - didn't know it existed until now! There doesn't seem to be any like it though for comparison - I think it's the Novar that makes it different but I genuinely don't know. It doesn't matter if it's not worth much, I would just hate to give something away with no knowledge that it may be worth more for my mum's sake. Thank you again

Compur is the shutter brand, not the camera model. Zeiss made a lot of these folders; the Novar is probably the most common lens for them. This one is a scale-focus 6x9 model, and the pop-up finder and focal length given in cm mean it’s probably pre-war. Usually there is a model number stamped in the leather (sometimes faintly) at one end. They’re very usable cameras.

ntenny's post should give you something to work with - sometimes that model number is really hard to see.

One observation though - these are often very usable cameras, capable of use with modern film, so this thread may end up being moved from the "Antiques" sub-forum to the Medium Format sub-forum.
