I am thinking of buying this camera but have no idea what the cm to inches would be and if it takes sheet or roll film.

6.5 cm x 11 cm = 2.5 inch x 4.33 inch
Which sounds like 116 roll film - no longer made.

1 inch = 25.4 millimeters = 2.54 centimeters
Millimeters to inch = millimeters / 25.4
Centimeters to inch = centimeters /2.54
11 / 2.54 = 4.33
