Hi, I have Zeiss Ikon 515, half frame camera for 120 film. It takes a 27 mm push filter.

There seems to be a thread on the on the inside of the lens and was wondering if this is an actual filter thread. If so, what size screw filter would it be?? - 25 mm??

Thanks for any help you can give.

On older cameras like this, often the inner thread is how the trim/nameplate ring or front group is screwed in, and doesn't correspond to a standard screw in filter thread. Or sometimes it's just a series of concentric grooves to reduce stray light reflections. Screw in filters didn't really become commonplace until later.

Thanks for your reply. I hadn't thought of it in this way! It certainly make sense now.....
