Hey y'all... I just picked up a Zeiss 50mm f/1.4 Sonnar so this 50mm f/2 Planar needs to find a new home. Overall condition is excellent with just minor signs of normal use, if any. Included in the sale is the lens, original caps, original box, third party hood, B+W filter. Aperture clicks are firm and precise and the focus is very smooth.
Note: The red paint on this lens was converted to yellow by the original owner (I'm the second owner). This makes the markings much easier to see in low light, which I preferred as I often shoot in low light. I'll actually be doing this to the 1.4 because I liked it so well. I'm sure it can be reversed if need be, but I think it's extremely usable as-is.
I'm asking $550 OBO on this lens. Please PM me with questions or offers! Would love to get this sold to recoup for the new guy coming in. Happy to provide additional photos if need be.
