**SOLD** I am selling a Zeiss 35mm F3.5 Planar lens for Contax rangefinder mount in very good condition. The beautifully crafted and somewhat uncommon lens just came out of the shop with a professional CLA. This lens will provide wide-angle capability to any model of Contax rangefinder or its various copies: Nikon rangefinder, Kiev rangefinder, or the Voigtlander Bessa R2C. This lens is also adaptable to various other film and digital cameras with the appropriate adapter.
The optical and mechanical condition of the lens is very good with very clean and clear glass. The only issues to note are one tiny pin head sized nick or mark (almost microscopic) near the edge on the front element and perhaps a few tiny specks on the font element that appear to be coating imperfections. These features, too small for me to easily photograph, are completely inconsequential to use. I mention them for the sake of demanding perfectionist buyers.
