I just got my Werra back from Mike Zack. He cleaned the stiff focus on the 50 mm and did a CLA on the body. The view/range finder is now crystal clear, the shutter including the self timer sounds perfect, and the coupled meter works properly. Mike seems to really know his stuff.

It cost more than I'd hoped for, but it returned the camera to "like new" condition.
