I recently shot a roll of delta 3200. I liked it, and would like to try some other fast films too.

What films do you like for shooting at 1600 and 3200? I understand a lot of people shoot tri-x at 1600.

I don't have deep pockets for Tri-X. HP5+ does it for me in HC-110.

@1600.

@3200 (it is paper structure, not just grain : )

TMY-2 for a couple of hours in HC110 semi-stand is quite good.

If you have pushed film please post the per cent time increase rather than the just the developer, time and temperature. If one does not use the developer that you use, the developer, time and temperature are somewhat less than totally useless.

TMZ had this great feel in dark contrasty light - I always wanted to shoot it, and sadly waited til it was discontinued before buying a bunch...

Delta 3200 will suffice with ddx

I recently pushed some Ilford Delta to 12,500 and took a pre-war Zeiss folder (Super Ikonta A530) to the pub. All of the photos came out, under ambient lighting, and I was pleased with the results. Dev was 17 minutes @ 20C in Ilfotech DD-X. The lack of depth of field is just the limitation of a wide aperture in very low light or possibly some movement of the subject raising his glass. I may try 25,000 next.
