I'm new to color film shooting and dev and I just developed a 120 roll of ektar 100 and some of the frames came out with a greenish/yellowish tint on them. The effect is most prominent in the center of the affected frames and vignettes away towards the edges.
My first thought is that it's an issue with temperature control during the development stage? I don't have a good darkroom setup at home, I'm fairly confident that I can keep the chemical temps within 1 degree tolerance, but from what I have read .25 degree is what you want.
More perplexing to me is that I have developed a fair amount of film at home and this is the first roll I've noticed this color vignetting on.
Anyone have any experience with this happening? Could this be a sign that it's time too replace the chemistry? I've had this batch for at least 4 or 5 months.
Any help is great, thanks!
