I've had a Yashika D for a few years now and Its always had a quirk that I've always worked around but am looking for a permanent fix. The shutter release does not fire when you first press it. Every time it needs to be pressed twice, no matter what the shutter speed or any other conditions. After bringing it out after a long absence I tried to remedy it with some very thin clear oil. I used a syringe to put a small amount in the button, hoping it would work down to whatever is below the aluminum knob and fix the problem with it's stickiness.

That hasn't helped any though and I was wondering If anyone had any Ideas other than disassembly.
