I'm an original owner of one of these. Purchased new when they were still available as such. For any who might be wondering, my frame spacings have always been somewhat variable since the first day I took it out of the box. And those spacings have never changed in all the years I've used it. So I have not found that issue to be a problem at all.

Just thought any potentially interested parties should know.

Man, I wish I had some spare money right now. I even have a few FD lenses that may be of interest.

I have a 124, the slightly less common pre-G version with more chrome and less black, and absolutely love that camera. I have variable spacings too but they're always adequate and present no problem.

I think of all my cameras I enjoy using it the most when the subject allows.
