Hello, I have an interesting occurrence that I am trying to find the culprit for. I shot through 3/4 of a BW roll, rewound it to the starting point, and then loaded it in another camera (Yashica Pentamatic II w/Auto Yashinon 5.8cm 1.7-Zunow-made lens). With with lens cap on, aperture almost fully closed at f/16, and viewfinder covered, I then shot through the film not exposing any of it again. Once I got to where I had left off with the other camera, I shot the remaining 8-9 shots to simply test out the camera. With these shots below, it appears that there is a light leak of some kind, but as this light leak did not appear on the frames already exposed, I was curious as to what the culprit might be. Any ideas?

The lake/mountain photos were taken at f/11-16 1/1000, and the hanging leaves photos were taken at f/4-8 1/500-1000.

I would think that you have a slight light leak in the foam light seal at the bottom of the Yashica. When you wound the part used film through the Yashica, you will have done so very quickly, I suspect, so the fogging by the light leak will have been too small to notice. When actually taking pictures with the Yashica, you will have been much slower and each frame will have stayed behind the lens for a lot longer, giving the slight light leak time to do the fogging.

It is helpful if you can post photos of the entire film strip including the area outside the frame.
