This LM has a couple of personality disorders but has been a good shooter for me.

Selenium meter is dead.

Previous owner CLA'd the shutter, and his replacement leatherette is un-lovely. (See also recovered top corner in side view.) He also didn't quite solve the problem with the shutter button hanging up: You occasionally have to press it a second time, although the picture has indeed been taken. Alarming the first time, routine thereafter. But annoying, yes.

Shutter speeds are good on the rolls I've shot. Crank action is smooth.

Lenses are clear and unscratched, but at just the right angle, a very faint, even haze is visible on the interior of taking lens. I didn't see it for months, and it doesn't prevent it delivering contrasty images.

Finder is brighter and less flare-y than it appears in pic.

Lens cap and non-matching case included. (I think it's from a 124?) Cat is negotiable.

$65 via PayPal, plus shipping.

Example pix

Some folks have asked for pix by the Yash.

I don't know that these do my shooting or scanning skills much credit, but here they are.

(First is a "white buffalo" made of shredded Tyvek, in case you're wondering. Sacred among the building tribes/trades.)

Shot on Acros 100 on same day. Wide open on the indoor people shot; probably f8-11 on the outdoor shots. Scanned 8-bit on a V500.

Thanks, Alvin.

The cat is always on hand when any ground-level activity occurs.

Needed some fast cash a few weeks back and sold mine, great little shooter. To avoid the stuck shutter and necessary double trip, try being more positive on the crank during the back stroke, thats what resets the shutter.

Thanks, Rick. If it languishes, I'll be sure to try that technique on my next roll.

Does that camera have an after market screen? It is really bright.

It's the original screen. I've never had a beef with its brightness.

And of course outdoors in summer at 10 a.m., we get plenty of sunlight around here ...
