I hope this is the right place to post, so here goes.

I recently brought a new 50mm yashica lens to replace my old one. While it takes perfectly fine pictures, it is dented and the focusing is a bit stiff. The new one appeared fine at first, though it seems to have slight condensation when looked at from certain angles. It isn't severe, and when looking through the viewfinder it is un-noticeable. Will this affect photos?
Secondly, if it will, is it possible to replace the front piece of glass from my new lens with my old lens? Would it be difficult? any advice would be appreciated

It might be possible to replace the front element- but you better be sure the lenses are exactly the same or you are going to have issues. Usually front elements will come out fairly easily by unscrewing the name ring with a spanner.
