Yashica IC (Lynx 14E) Eangefinder problem.

I found one that seems to work perfectly except for the focusing ring - it is very difficult to turn.

I was too quick on the send trigger. My question: Is there an easy fix for the hard to turn focusing ring - Yashica Lynx 14E?
