xtol mix for development of sheet film 8x10

how should I mix my Xtol stock to develop two sheets of 8x10 using trays. For iso 80 I was going to develop for 11m.75s flipping once the sheets every 30 seconds. Does that sounds right, and if someone can provide the ml. quantities to get a working solution of my Xtol, that would be great.

I would use it straight. Start with 1L, which you can use to process 4 sheets of 8x10. For the 5th sheet, replenish using 75-100ml of fresh solution. Continue, until you finish the 5L. You can then mix up a new 5L batch and either start over or just continue to use the remaining 1L of 'seasoned' developer, replenishing it as before.

The amount you replenish with will vary somewhat, depending on subject matter, negative density, etc.

I ended up using 250ml +500ml water for 11.75s two 8x10 sheets results to be determined, I can see something in negative. I am washing. I couldn't see nothing, what's the times that glows in the dark? I had to use enlarger timer 30second at the time.
