hey guys, I'm getting this error code every time I boot the device. seems to work normal aside form this error.

also question, is there any advice on how to properly take care of the densitometer?

I had the 810 for quite sometime before I sold it recently. The manual said error #5 is shorted key switch. I guess one of the key is shorted or stuck down.
