Very sad news indeed. Tim has heath issues for months now and unfortunately, he is now prepared for the worst. Please read his last post to know more.

It is a BIG loss for our community as for years, his blog was way above 90% of what is written about photography and Leica but not only.

Never heard of Leicaphilia until this announcement... thank you. From what little I've read I've missed (until now), some thoughtful articles, excellent writing, and photographic insights.

It took me a moment to remember but, a few years back, I read Tim’s post “ The Myth of the Necessary Leica CLA” and it made me smile. I re-read it a few minutes ago and, again, it made me smile.
