I am member of a cinema list and I saw a post about WW2 look with EYEMO with playing with something to 60 degrees for to get cinema students were looking for and bleaching the film.
I saw EYEMO but I have no knowledge on playing with mirror or shutter or whatever to 60 degrees. What is all this about and Can we use it at our cameras ?
And second told thing was this was not all satisfactory and needed to film bleached.
Is there any photographer use these all stuff and how ?
The Eyemo is a basic 35mm movie camera. it takes 35mm film with Movie perfs on a 100ft spool. run time about 1.2 minutes at 24 FPS.
SOME movie camera have a variable shutter, I don't recall an eyemo falling into that catagory, but I have never seen one up close. Typicaly a movie camera has a 120 degree shutter. Setting it at 60 degrees whould up the shutter speed which in turn might make the action on the final film look Jerky.
