Hi,
I have a Pentax ME Super kit and I would like to develop my own 35mm and 120 B&W film at home. I have none of the equipment to do so.
As for the Pentax Kit, the case is weathered, but I imagine it was not inexpensive when new. It's made in Japan and the hinges are very stout. There is a leather strap for the case, though it is not shown in the pictures.
The 24mm F2 lens has some fog/fungus in the rear lens group. I shot a roll of film on this camera last weekend but haven't gotten the images back yet, so I don't know the extent to the issue on image quality. The Series 1 Macro Zoom lens is very clean and shows no signs of abuse (other than my thumbprint on the lens). The meter on the camera works. The film advances nicely and Auto mode appears to function as designed. When in Manual, the buttons move the shutter speed and the meter guides you as it should. The camera appears to meter correctly.
The only function on the camera that I can't figure out is the Exposure Compensation dial. I haven't been able to get it in to "1/4 X" and don't want to force it. The dial moves freely to the other Exposure Comp settings.
The Winder works, but I did not use it much, other than to test its function. The screw in cover for the film advance mechanism is missing from the bottom of the camera.
The light seals could use a re-fresh.
Things that are on my "wish list":
Paterson Kit
Change Bag
Thermometer
Smol Graduated Cylinder
Kodak HC-110
Kodafix
Ilfostop
