I stripped a 127mm from a Polaroid 110A Pathfinder many years ago, I loved it but sold it when I sold off all my 4x5 gear. I would have kept it but I moved up to 5x7 and it doesn't cover the format. There are several 110 Polaroids on ebay for cheap right now,

I have seen these Polaroids, the things is with the whole camera, shipping to me is already “no way”, even the lens alone would be around 80$ to Moscow.
Lens would be different, not much but it would help.
