Want to Buy WTB: UV LED bank (or similar) for alternative printing

I'd like to buy a UV LED light source for doing alternative prints in up to 8x10" size, preferably in EU.

Or if someone could build it for me, or point me to someone who may be able to do so.

In short, I am looking for something to get up and running right off ... I've been wasting too much time already.

My setup is a grow light that uses T5 fluorescent bulbs. http://www.virtualsunhydroponics.com/grow-light-kits/t5-fluorescent-grow-light-kits

An aquarium supply store will have UVB or Actinic bulbs to fit.

My setup would easily do 16x20 or larger and cost me around $200 total including bulbs.
