Want to Buy WTB Tank for 35mm film development

An APUG member is sending me a 30 meter Arista BW film and D76 developer.
I need a development tank and a reel apparatus inside.
They are very expensive for me when buying new from Istanbul market.
Anyone interested to sell me his her development tank ?
