(I also reside in Europe). I've bought from Stouffer, after persuading them to send as First Class International Large Envelope for $10 instead of the default $25, presumably for Priority Mail International. That reduced rate is without insurance; for a small risk I can be my own insurer. My contact was dbittner@stouffer.net
