Somewhere in your surplus/junk bin resides an old small flash that has languished for years unused (hopefully w/o batteries.) I know this because I have probably passed a dozen off to others over the years thinking I'd never have a need for one. I'm now wanting to try something with just such a flash. My precieved requirements are as follows. !) It works properly 2) can connect with pc synch cord. It will not be used witha hot shoe but rather will be connected with a synch cord. Would prefer it not be a built in cord, however if it is, would like something about 8 to 12" log. Can pay folding green or trade you something you want or need. Thanks in advance. Oh, I don't care what it looks like. Bill Barber

If a mount for the small flash is needed,
you could purchase a pc-to-hotshoe adaptor with a 1/4 tripod mount. (shown on a Yashica table top tripod)

That gives you the mount and also allows the purchase of a small vintage slr flash for a few dollars.
For example the Pentax AF160 shown.
The older Pentax AF16 had a cable socket above the hotshoe for the pc on the slr, but those cables may be hard to find now.

At left is a Pentax AF360FGZ in optical slave mode. (it fired in this photo)

How many you want? I'm also pretty sure I can toss in a battery cover for the Spotmatic you were looking for. PM me.
