Want to Buy WTB Rewind Knob for Nikon FM2

Hi folks,

I have a Nikon FM2 which is missing the little handle that you unfold off the film rewind knob. While I've made do so far, I figure I'd see if someone has a spare lever? I'm not sure if there is a separate pivot pin or if that's part of the lever, but I'd need that too.
