Much appreciated. Just so as you all know, I am really looking for something I can mount the lens right in and roll on out into the field. Looking to avoid downtime waiting for SK Grimes to drill it out if at all possible.

Any local machine shop worthy of the name should be able to bore a hole for cheap. Nothing magic about it.
