These are impossible to find. If you end up hitting upon a stash of these let me know too. I've got four press lenses and one set of caps between them!
Have you checked out Kaiser lens caps? Some of the photo supply houses have them. If you have a local camera store, they may be able to order them, if you find one listed in the size you need.
