Want to Buy wtb: Plaubel Makina tripod adapter for the older Makina

Hi,
I'm looking for the metal folding plate that supports the front and rear of an older Plaubel Makina when you mount it to a tripod.
Is kind of a folding hinged plate with tripod mounting screw/holes in it.
Its the thing on the left in the photo. It folds and can lay flat or wrap around the camera
