Yes, I saw it, asking already if he does shipping to Moscow I will follow the limit you gave me, thank you (it has reserve price).
Anyway it doesn't say how the camera it's, just saying for parts or collectors, but the set seems to be from someone who used it.

Old original Makinas come up periodically. I bought both of mine on Ebay.

Makina II cameras are lovely, I would like to find a nice black one at a good price.

Wouldn't you miss being able to change the lens with a II model?

Yes that is why I have a III and a IIIR. These take the 73mm Orthar, and the 190mm tele lens. I have both of these. Also the 100mm F4.2 which is the rather rare one.

There are screw-in lenses available for the Makina II as well. But for lens interchanging best choice is a III or IIIR

My favorite Makina lens is the 100mm F2.9 which is also on the II.
