Anyone have or know where I can find a Leitz SOOKY-M ( SOMKY ) close-focus attachment for my collapsible summicron? And why the all the confusion with the name of it?

The Leicashop in Vienna has one for sale for 120 € ( ca. $ 160) https://www.leicashop.com/vintage/sooky-16502-p-936.html?language=en
They do most of their business over the internet also most of their costumers come from outside the EU. Westlicht and the Leica shop are owned by the same person.
