Want to Buy WTB: Nikon K2 Focusing Screen for FM2n

Anyone have an extra one of these lying around? I recently bought a FM2n that has a B screen, I would prefer the K2.

I've not yet changed one of these. My understanding is that when purchased new, they would come with a special forceps to use. Is that necessary?
